Argyll Estate residents happy with plans to scrap proposed redevelopment

A number of Argyll Estate residents have welcomed news a proposal to redevelop the area has been scrapped.

While it’s still set to be rezoned, the State Government has gone back to the drawing board – committing 50 per cent of the plan to social and affordable housing.
